Technical Dept.
There are 10 mechanical engineers & 6 electric engineers with strong R & D abilities in this dept. Each machine need to be designed individually according to customer's requirements. Technical improvements have been made continuously to raise the stability and quality of machineries. Auto CAD & 3D design are adopted for machine design. With advanced processing equipments like planer milling machine, CNC, etc. & strict workmanship, high quality components can be processed to ensure machine precision. In year 2007, the first under pad machine (without tissue) in China has been made.

Name:CNC & Digital Milling Machine
Description:Through CNC auto processing to raise the precision of components. Thus, to ensure the machine quality and precision.

Name:External Grinder
Description:High precision external grinder, to ensure rotary die's concentric and surface precision.

Name:Planer Milling Machine
Description:The planer milling machine is used to process the surface of machine wall, while, to release the stress inside the steel plate by impacting the steel plate with a special device. Thus, to keep the machine wall linear.
